The Brief:
The Lightseekers Core Box was crafted to showcase the best cards from all previous releases, bringing them together in one powerful set for both new and seasoned players. The goal was to create a visually striking and cohesive packaging design that captured the excitement of the game while emphasizing the premium quality of the collection.
This design brings together three character card artworks from the latest Lightseekers release, packaged in a sleek, premium card deck. Working closely with the Senior Artist, I blended the individual pieces into a single, dynamic scene, tweaking the color palette and lighting to create a fresh, unified composition. At the same time, I made sure everything met the supplier’s print specifications, keeping the final product both visually striking and production-ready.
To build excitement before launch, I created a 3D render of the deck in Photoshop for marketing and promotions. This gave a realistic preview of the final product, helping to showcase its premium look and feel. The end result was a bold, immersive design that stayed true to the Lightseekers universe while standing out as a unique collector’s piece.
