The Brief:
This project brief required the design of a welcoming, visually engaging printed brochure for Cambridge Assessment, aimed specifically at new employees joining the company. Accompanying the brochure was a complementary flyer designed to effectively highlight the company’s digital onboarding platform.
The comprehensive brochure provides new starters with essential information to smoothly integrate into their roles, including detailed office locations, helpful introductions to key departments such as Human Resources and Learning & Development, and insights into the company culture. Each section of the brochure is clearly distinguished through the strategic use of vibrant colours, facilitating easy navigation and readability.
To authentically represent the working environment and company culture, in-house photography featuring staff actively engaged in various roles and office locations was thoughtfully incorporated. This imagery complements and reinforces the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that Cambridge Assessment strives to project to its new hires.
Adhering closely to Cambridge Assessment’s established visual identity, the brochure prominently features branded elements such as the official logo, distinctive typography, and iconic shield emblem. The carefully curated colour palette aligns seamlessly with the organization’s branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications and reinforcing a strong, cohesive corporate identity.
